Returns and Warranty

ELIGIBILITY

WeatherPod® and Under the Weather, LLC are not responsible for products purchased through any third party retailers, distributors, or resellers. Products purchased through any third-party  retailers, distributors, or resellers must be returned/exchanged directly through that company. All applicable return requests and warranty claims will follow policies according to the company that sold the product. Customer support related such as return requests or warranty claims must be directed to the company that sold the product.

WARRANTY

All products purchased directly through WeatherPod®, formerly Under the Weather, have a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects. These warranties do not apply to any defect, failure, or damage caused by improper use such as folding and storage, or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. WeatherPod will provide a return shipping label.

NOTE: Our 6-panel Dome tents are considered “oversized” and DO NOT qualify for our current 30-day return or exchange policy. See our Warranty FAQ for details:

Items NOT covered under warranty include but are not limited to:

• Wire damage caused by improper folding
• Damage caused by use on pavement, asphalt, gravel, etc.
• Damage caused by improper storage
• Damage or odor caused by tobacco products
• Damage caused by pets
• Damage caused by heaters or open flames

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Products (including ground stakes), must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be in the original carrying bag, and must include order number and/or proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

Customized items are not eligible for refund.

Oversized Items: Some of our products are labeled as “OVERSIZEDwhich makes shipping very expensive. Oversized products must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery and any damage or defects reported to WeatherPod within the 72-hour window.

  • Oversized items, such as our dome tents, must be returned in the original shipping box along with shipping bands
  • UTW customer service contact information is listed below
  • You will need your order number (located on the order form)
  • Our customer service representatives will be happy to answer any questions you may have and will do their best to address or resolve any issues you may have with our products

Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Once processed, a notification of refund or exchange will be sent within 5-7 business days. The amount of time for the exchanged product to reach you varies depending upon your location.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you are expecting and have not yet received a refund, first check with your bank as processing refunds can take several business days. Also, check with you credit card company as refunds may take several days to post. If you have checked with both and still have not received your refund, please contact Under the Weather at 513-871-0400 or support@utwpods.com.

 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Promotional items or giveaways may not be returned or exchanged.

 

GIFTS

All warranty, return and exchange policies apply to products received as gifts. Refunds will only be applied to the original method of payment. Please contact customer service at 513-871-0400 or support@utwpods.com for details and instructions.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are non refundable.

 

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST

In order to submit a refund or exchange request, email us at support@utwpods.com. Please include your order number and the email address used to make your purchase in the email.
