When I popped my Pod up for the first time the wires seem twisted. Is there a way to fix this?
It is normal for the Pod to be a little stiff and the wires slightly bent from being packaged, stored and shipped. We recommend you open your Pod upon receipt, lay it flat, and make sure the wires lay flat. It is all right to step on them firmly to flatten them and, once popped up, do another quick check to ensure the wires are straight, straightening them by hand if necessary.
What do I do if the zipper seems stiff and won’t zip easily the first time I use the Pod?
It is normal for a new Pod to be stiff and a little more difficult to zip and unzip. Pods “stretch out” slightly with use. If the zipper separates slightly when it is new, hold the Pod firmly and push the zipper up and down a few times. The zipper typically re-connects and with ongoing use, is completely functional.
My plastic is very wrinkly?
Try setting your Pod up in the sun for a few hours. The heat from the sun can greatly reduce the wrinkles and also makes zipping easier.
Can I use the Pod on a cement surface?
We discourage the use of the pop-up Pod on concrete or asphalt as friction can cause a tear in the floor. Pods with tears in the floor resulting from use on concrete or asphalt are not covered by our warranty.

How do I clean my pop-up Pod?
A soft brush and warm soapy water can be used to clean your pop-up Pod™.
Can I put a heater in my pop-up Pod?
NO! This is a potential safety hazard. (You won’t need one, trust us!)
Can I store my pop-up Pod in its case if it is wet?
Under the Weather® pop-up Pods can be folded and placed in case for a few hours after being exposed to wet conditions. If storing your pop-up Pod in it’s case for more than 24 hours, open the Pod and let it air out and dry thoroughly before returning it to it’s carry case for longer-term storage.
What if my WeatherPod™ has dirty windows?
The plastic windows on an Under the Weather® pop-up WeatherPod™ are easily cleanable. Dampen a clean washcloth with water and gently wipe both sides of the windows. Then wipe the windows using a dry cloth to dry the windows and avoid streaks.
Can I customize and/or put a logo on my pop-up WeatherPod™?
Yes, rooftops (sold separately) for pop-up WeatherPods™ can be customized with up to 20 letters/characters and are available in a variety of colors. Visit our SHOP for more details.
Can I get a screen for the windows?
Our exclusive, pop-up screen insert, the MyPodScreen™, pops up in seconds and fits inside our pop-up Pod pop-up tents. It is a snug fit inside the MyPod™ but also fits inside the OriginalPod™ and XLPod™. The MyPodScreen™ is the perfect accessory when you also want protection from bugs and insects. SHOP HERE.
Do you offer a pop-up Pod that accommodates a stroller or wheelchair?
The XLDeluxePod™ features a back door for easy stroller and wheelchair access. A sturdier wire frame allows for wheels to roll over the back door lip and wider, less tapered shape also comfortably fits our exclusive Under the Under the Weather® Bench. Can two chairs fit inside?
The MyPodDoubleX™ is designed for two people, inside measurements are 46” x 46”, and it perfectly fits our Under the Weather® Bench or two smaller soccer chairs. The ShadePod is also designed to fit two people. The MegaPod™ can fit up to four people and the MonsterMeshPod™ can fit up to six people.For more info, visit our SHOP.
What colors are available for my pop-up Pod?
Colors are subject to additions and changes. Visit our SHOP for the most up-to-date color selection.
Do you offer a discount for bulk/larger quantity orders?
We do not offer discounts for bulk orders however we can save you money on the shipping cost per Pod if you ship several Pods to the same location. Contact [email protected].

What if I purchase an Under the Weather® Pod somewhere else?
Unfortunately, many popular brands have imitations, products which have a logo and look alike, but the quality is not comparable. Unless your Pod is purchased on our Under the Weather® website or at DICK’s Sporting Goods, Scheels, or Walmart, chances are it is not ours and the quality will not be comparable. We do also sell on Amazon, but be sure to check that you are purchasing from our Under the Weather® store to guarantee quality and service. While unfortunate, we actively monitor and enforce our patents and trademarks. You know what they say, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!" Be smart and help us protect our brand’s integrity by spreading the word!

How long does it take to ship/receive my order?
Ground shipments are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (ET) will be processed the following business day. Holidays may affect processing schedule.Transit time depends on your location and we ship from our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. Most shipments arrive within 2-5 business days.

What is the warranty on my pop-up Pod?
All products purchased directly through Under the Weather® have a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects. These warranties do not apply to any defect, failure, or damage caused by improper use such as folding and storage, or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. Under the Weather® will provide a return shipping label.
Items NOT covered under warranty include but are not limited to:
• Wire damage caused by improper folding
• Damage caused by use on pavement, asphalt, gravel, etc.
• Damage caused by improper storage
• Damage or odor caused by tobacco products
• Damage caused by pets
• Damage caused by heaters or open flames

Can I return my pop-up Pod?
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Products (including stakes and roofs) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be in the original carrying bag, and must include order number and/or proof of purchase. Customized items are not eligible for refund. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
